  Mentoring Services
  One-On-One Mentoring
We offer entrepreneurs, which are either launching a start-up or growing an existing business, no-charge face-to-face mentoring by men and women who have had successful careers as executives or business owners. Your mentors meet with you personally, confidentially and as frequently as necessary to define and analyze your opportunities; then help you find the solutions. These sessions will typically be scheduled for an hour at one of our eighteen locations in the Orange County area.

  Advisory Board
This no cost service is available for executives of existing businesses that desire ongoing business advice or mentoring. An advisor will be assigned to you by matching their background to your industry and your most significant business opportunities. Your advisor will complement their experience with other chapter mentors as needed. You will meet with your advisor at your office (or a mutually agreed location) as often as needed whether that is weekly, monthly or quarterly.

The Forums are peer-to-peer membership groups for business owners and CEO’s of existing small to mid-size businesses. Members meet once a month in individual groups of 10 - 14 executives from non-competing businesses for a half day session. The meetings include both moderated problem solving as well as workshops led by expert outside speakers.
