More Info:
 | Working capital is the lifeblood of the small business. The business can be endowed with assets and profitability but short of liquidity if assets cannot readily be converted into cash. According to the SBA, 90% of business failures are due to poor management decisions, with the dominant causes being inadequate working capital and poor cash flow management. This workshop will help you explore methods used to make optimal working capital decisions, explain how current assets and liabilities affect cash management, and teach you how to make working capital decisions based on forecasted financial data. No prior accounting experience or knowledge is required. |
